I was looking up recipes for keto fat bombs cause I was craving chocolate or something sweet. Since it's still winter I crave hot chocolate very often. Who wouldn't?!
You get a warm cup of hot cocoa, sit in front of the fireplace, and watch your favorite TV show or a football game. It's just so warming & inviting!
Well, I came across some hot cocoa recipes. I didn't have some ingredients most of these recipes had so I improvised.
Here's what I used;
Cashew/Almond milk blend (silk brand)
Hershey's Cocoa Powder
Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
How to make:
Warm cashew/almond milk blend in a saucepan, add one spoonful of cocoa powder (used a large spoon not measured)
Add butter (thin slice not measured)
Added Vanilla about a teaspoon also not measured. Stirred & mixed with a whisk.
Poured into mug added Torani sugar free vanilla syrup to desired taste.
Hands down this is my absolute favorite.
I will never drink it any different, Enjoy!
